Below you can sign up for any combination of CSA, extensions, options, and expansions.

Fall Extension

Our fall Expansion spans 5 weeks (October 2nd through November 3rd) and comes in only one size which will feed a family of 4 or 5 non-vegetarians.

This Extension comes with 1/2 dozen eggs per week.

Fall Extension ($187.50)

Winter Extension

Our Winter Expansion spans 5 weeks (November 6th through December 8th) and comes in only one size which will feed a family of 4 or 5 non-vegetarians.

This Extension comes with 1/2 dozen eggs per week.

Meat CSA

This is our first offering of a "Meat" CSA share. There are two options: Spring/Summer (3 months: May 1st through July 3rd), and Summer/Fall (4 months: August 2nd through November 6th). There is one size option, $75 worth of meat (13-16lbs).It will be available once a month, on the first Thursday of each month. **

Each CSA will contain a variety of meats that equal the value of the monthly share. You can expect a fresh 4-5 lb. broiler (meat chicken), 3-5 lbs. of ground beef, and/or 2-3 lbs. of sausage &/or breakfast sausage (both pork or beef). You may also recieve steaks, roasts, or "less-used" cuts (organ, bone, or rare cut) dependent on the seasonal availability.

This share is not meant to feed you family for the month. It is intended to offer a "taste" of our season. If you like what you recieve, we hope you will come out to buy more and see where it came from.

**If you currently have a vegetable CSA, we can "add" it to your current pick up option. If not, the meat CSA share will be available on-farm pickup on Thursday (1-7) or Saturday (10-3), or at the Potomac Village Farmers Market on Thurday (2-6:30). (We will contact you after you sign up to set up your pick up preference.)
